Winning $1.2 million across three sessions on Hustler Casino Live during the Million Dollar Game isn’t newsworthy. But doing so any other time of year is rare.
Henry Guttman, aka “King Henry,” was the biggest winner on the show for three straight appearances over the past two weeks, and he more than doubled his lifetime HCL profits. The heater every poker player dreams about began on a June 11 stream where he won $276,250. It was just the start of a seven-figure run.
The Heater of Every Poker Player’s Dreams
The first night of the heater was a “small” game, by Hustler Casino Live standards, at $25/$50/$100 stakes. Even though the game played bigger, Henry’s run on this evening was quite impressive.
In one of the biggest pots of the night, he caught Jeff the Cash, an action player on the show, bluffing with a solid hero call. The straddled hand action began with Dr. P, the button, limping for $200 with J♥8♥. Poker vlogger Mariano Grandoli called from the small blind with 10♦6♥. Henry, in the big blind with J♣5♣, called, as did Nik Airball, seated in the third blind with K♣9♣.
Jeff the Cash then went for a raise from the straddle to $3,000 after looking down at 10♥9♥, receiving calls only from Henry and Airball. The flop came out A♥J♠3♠. Action checked to the preflop raiser, who fired out a bet of $4,000 with 10-high. Airball had nothing to call with, so he folded. Henry, however, continued in the hand with middle pair before the 4♣ appeared on the turn.
Henry checked again and then called a $10,000 wager. The river was the Q♦, no improvement for either player. Jeff the Cash wouldn’t slow down, and he fired out one last bet, this time for $40,000. His opponent, sitting on third pair, tanked for a bit before correctly making the call to take down the $117,500 pot.
Henry booked a $276,250 profit that night and followed it up with a $250,700 win the next day on Hustler Casino Live. Those two scores didn’t even come close to reaching his June 25 win, the third and final session of the two-week heater.
On that final day, in another $25/$50/$100 game, he went home with $686,650 more than he arrived with at Hustler Casino, bringing his three-session run to $1,213,600 in profits.
He won numerous monster pots, including one hand with pocket aces against Suited Superman, who put it all in on the flop with an open-ended straight draw that didn’t come through.
Henry tangled in a $377,400 pot against Jae, a new player on the show who has quickly become a fan favorite for his loose and unpredictable style of play. The board showed A♠Q♣K♠2♠A♦, and $101,050 was already in the pot. Jae had flopped a straight with a Royal Flush draw with J♠10♠, then turned a flush. But Henry picked up a full house on the river with A♥Q♥.
Jae moved all in for $138,175 and was snap-called. Henry took down the monster pot. No other player won more than $68,000 during the June 25 livestream as Henry stacked just about everyone.
Henry, who has played over 130 sessions on HCL, according to HighRollPoker.com, now has nearly $1.8 million in profits on the recent heater. The New York native who owns a finance company rarely plays poker outside of Hustler Casino Live. He played a handful of sessions on Live at the Bike in the past.
